About

I am Milos Mirkovic, a product designer from Nis, Serbia. Ever since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by how the technology evolves and how it can benefit people. My first contact with Photoshop was way back, during my elementary school days, but my design journey started in high school, around 10 years ago, when I had the assignment to design the school paper. This task has intrigued me and inspired me to persue my career as a digital designer.

Following my conception, I enrolled at Metropolitan University - Faculty of Digital Art in Belgrade, Serbia. For five years I have been working for many companies, both domestic and international, and powered by this experience I decided to start a business on my own three years ago, combining my design skills and knowledge of economics from high school.

In both work and life I prefer productive minimalism, and focus on one thing at a time. I am really lucky to live in this digital era and to be able to do the job that I love. However, if this hadn’t been the case, I would have certainly become an architect or interior designer, since these occupations match to my field of interest.

Approach

From my early days, I used to get things done first. So, naturally, I started to wake up early, in order to finish my homework first thing in the morning, and after that I would be free for the rest of the day. Fast forward, and 20+ years later, I still have that healthy habit. Well done seven-year old me, high five!

I design to help companies, such as startups and small and medium businesses, launch products, build brands, and achieve ideas. I am a problem solver that takes a detailed approach to every project, making sure that every aspect is of the highest quality, combining visual aesthetics and technology.

It’s essential for a designer to constantly seek knowledge, that’s the fact, but in order to do that, a high level of self-awareness is crucial. That’s what pushes me most to explore, learn and improve all the time. However, to avoid burnouts, I enjoy taking short trips every now and then.

Services

During the last eight years, I have been helping clients from all over the world to turn their product ideas into real business results through my hands-on experience with: User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) design, Branding, and Front-end development.
